When your balance drops below a threshold you choose, we add a credit pack automatically so service is never interrupted.
How many users can use my agent?
Unlimited end users can chat with your deployed agent. Workspace seats control how many teammates can edit.
How much data can I give one agent?
Each plan includes a training-content (Data sources) storage limit: 30 MB on Free, 200 MB on Hobby, 500 MB on Standard, 1 GB on Pro, 3 GB on Corporate, and fully bespoke on Private AI. As a rough guide, 30 MB fits around 120 documents or ~10,000 pages of text. Need more? Subscribe to a storage plan in your dashboard — 50 MB for $30/mo, 200 MB for $60, 1 GB for $150, 5 GB for $500, or 20 GB for $1,500/mo.
