Connections

Everywhere your customers already are.

Train one agent on your own content, then connect it to the channels your customers actually use — and to the tools your team already runs on. One brain, one set of answers, every surface.

Messaging & social

Channels you can deploy on

Connect a channel once and your agent starts answering there. Replies stay in the customer's language, and every conversation lands in the same inbox for your team to take over whenever they want.

Business tools

Integrations that give it context

A support answer is only as good as what the agent can see. Connect your helpdesk, store, CRM or calendar and it can check an order, raise a ticket, or book a meeting instead of guessing.

Knowledge

Where its answers come from

Point the agent at what you already have. It reads your material and answers from it — so it sounds like your company, not like a generic chatbot.

Setup

How a connection is made

Most channels take a few minutes. You never hand us a password — you paste credentials issued by the provider, and you can revoke them at any time from their side.

1

Pick the channel

Open Deploy in your dashboard and choose where you want the agent to answer.

2

Paste your credentials

Copy the token from your own provider account. We show you exactly which screen it lives on.

3

We verify it live

The credentials are checked against the provider's real API before anything is saved. A wrong token fails here, not in front of a customer.

4

Copy the webhook URL

We show the exact URL to paste back — and for Telegram, Viber and Discord we register it for you automatically.

Security

How your credentials are handled

Connecting a channel means trusting us with access to it. Here is exactly what we do with it.

Secrets are encrypted at restTokens are encrypted before they touch the database and are never sent back to the browser — editing a connection never shows you the stored secret.
Every incoming message is verifiedWebhooks are checked against the provider's signature — LINE and Meta HMAC, Twilio HMAC-SHA1, Discord Ed25519 — so a forged request is rejected before it reaches your agent.
Disconnect keeps your settingsTurning a channel off stops replies immediately but keeps what you typed, so reconnecting later doesn't mean setting it up again.
You stay in control at the sourceWe only ever use credentials you issued yourself. Revoke them in the provider's console and access ends there and then.
